Documenting Volunteer Hours

Post 174 members are highly encouraged to submit documentation of volunteer work they perform in our community.  Documentation can be provided when attending our monthly members' meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the month. 

 

If unable to attend our monthly meetings, documentation may be submitted monthly using the form provided below.  Simply click on the PDF icon button below to download the form.  Then, print out the form and complete it with your information.

All community service hours worked may be listed to claim your volunteer hours worked with them.  Please remember to include your time dedicated for Buddy Checks with our Post members.
